Due to the high demand of boarding reservations and our limited space, a deposit must be on file for a reservation to be complete.  No reservation will be held without the required $50 per dog deposit. Finally, payment is due in full when services are rendered. 

*We accept only cash and/or check so please plan accordingly.*

Daycare and boarding dogs must be picked up before the close of our business day which is 6pm.  Any daycare dog not picked up by 6 pm each day, or in the case of boarding dogs on their prearranged day of pickup, will be charged a late boarding fee of $30.

Cancellation Policy

We require notification of boarding cancellation AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the first day of your boarding. A $50 deposit is required for all boarding reservations and will be credited to the total cost of boarding at the end of your dog's stay.  (Deposits are $50 per dog for all holidays and school vacation weeks.)  If cancellation is required with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited.

Holiday Policy

At the time of creating a reservation for any holiday or school vacation weeks, a nonrefundable $50 deposit per dog is required to hold a reservation. Reservations that do not accompany this deposit are not complete and will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid.  

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required per dog for boarding care during each of these busy times:                

  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • July 4th Weekend
  • Labor Day Weekend
  • Columbus Day Weekend
  • Thanksgiving            
  • Christmas Week
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day  
  • February School Vacation
  • April School Vacation
